# Qaaf AI

## What makes it different

- Quranic verses and Hadith are preserved in Arabic. The translation runs
  around them rather than paraphrasing them as ordinary prose.
- Illegible passages are marked, never guessed. In religious material a
  plausible wrong word is worse than a visible gap.
- Content intended for publication is reviewed by qualified ulama.
- Ambiguity is resolved by context, not by character mapping. Which of
  Urdu's four z-letters a word takes, or which reading a Chinese homograph
  has, depends on the word and not on the sound.
